Marantz STEREO 70s Slimline Stereo Receiver – 2x75W, 6 HDMI Inputs ...
The Marantz STEREO 70s is a current-model slimline stereo receiver for people who want great two-channel sound from the TV, a turntable and their streaming apps without a bulky home theatre box. Six HDMI inputs (three of them 8K) let the console, streamer and set-top box plug straight in, and HEOS, AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth cover everything on your phone. At just 109mm tall it slips into a TV cabinet where a full-size receiver won't, and it's our pick for a stylish lounge-room system on a pair of good bookshelf or floorstanding speakers.
Key Features
- 2 x 75W into 8 ohms (20Hz–20kHz) with Marantz HDAM circuitry
- 6 HDMI inputs (3 x 8K/60, 4K/120) and HDMI ARC output, with upscaling to 8K
- Gaming-ready HDMI: ALLM, VRR and QFT pass-through, plus HDR10+, Dolby Vision and HLG
- HEOS multi-room streaming, AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, TuneIn and Roon Tested
- Bluetooth in, plus Bluetooth transmit to wireless headphones with volume control
- Built-in MM phono stage, AM/FM tuner and USB-A input

Good to Know
Speakers are sold separately. With six HDMI inputs and ARC it handles TV sound well, but it's a two-channel receiver, so it won't decode surround to five or more speakers. For that, look at the CINEMA range.
