We are happy to serve you at the highest level, especially in the case of an issue with the goods you have purchased. Please email us at info@glprosound.com.au within the warranty period so that we can address any problems, faults or issues.

In accordance with ACCC guidelines, we will endeavour to fix any problem, fault or issue with a good or service provided by us, within a reasonable timeframe, provided you retain your proof of purchase, have not abused or tampered with the product or service in question, or have not simply changed your mind or found it cheaper elsewhere. Also, you are not covered in the case that the issue, problem or defect was explained to you upon sale or delivery of the goods/services.

In the event that the product is not repairable, we will replace the product.

In the event that the product cannot be replaced, or an acceptable replacement cannot be agreed upon, you are entitled to a refund, or an applicable store credit if you would prefer.

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. GL Pro Sound will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Gl Pro Sound will ship in stock goods within 48hrs some goods may be subject to be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order. All orders are shipped via Sendle. If goods cannot be processed a full refund will be offered. Shipping rates are $15 Aud flat rate 20kg and under. Over 20kgs will be calculated at checkout. The speaker drivers employ Polyglass technology, which delivers well-defined midrange and bass. The sound is natural and without coloration. The Aluminium inverted dome tweeter, a Focal technology, provides perfect treble reproduction in every direction. In addition, tweeter mounting foams and anti-vibration foams are included for a perfect set up.

REAR:

The IS VW 165 2-way component kit is designed for all drivers who want to replace their original audio system with a hi-fi quality sound solution.
The speaker drivers employ Polyglass technology, which delivers well-defined midrange and bass. The sound is natural and without coloration. The Aluminium inverted dome tweeter, a Focal technology, provides perfect treble reproduction in every direction. In addition, tweeter mounting foams and anti-vibration foams are included for a perfect set up.

SUBWOOFER:

The pair of ISUB TWIN passive subwoofers drastically improves the impact of the bass in an in-car audio installation, specifically thanks to the double ferrite speaker drivers and heavy-duty, tough aluminium cone. The front grilles promote optimum sound dispersion throughout the cabin.
These ultra-compact subwoofers are quick and easy to install too, without any car modifications required. They slide comfortably underneath the seats* and are super easy to attach, with no tools required, using the self-adhesive strips provided. However, it is also very easy to screw them to the floor if you so wish.
We recommend powering the ISUB TWIN with amplifier Impulse 4.320, its two front channels will remain available to connect a pair of speaker drivers in the front doors, for example.

AMPLIFIER:

Give your head unit a breath of fresh air. Head unit amplifiers (whether OEM or aftermarket) soon reveal their limits in terms of power and dynamics. At high volume, they soon saturate and ruin the listening pleasure. To compensate for this and to enable you to get the best out of your speaker drivers, Impulse 4.320 is the ideal solution. It will give your installation a boost without you having to embark on a difficult installation process.

HARNESSES:

The Focal Inside VOLKSWAGEN Y-ISO HARNESS head unit adaptation cable is designed for the IMPULSE 4.320 compact 4-channel digital amplifier. It allows the quick and simple connection of the Volkswagen original head unit and of Focal Inside extension cables.

AND:

The Focal Inside IW IMP 2.2 car radio car radio adaptation cable is designed for the IMPULSE 4.320 compact 4-channel digital amplifier. It allows the IMPULSE 4.320 to be easily connected to two front channels and two ISUB Twin subwoofers without changing the original wiring.
